On our schemes you’ll gain all the skills you need to take a leading role in the energy sector’s transformation. Whether the full two-year graduate schemes or shorter summer placements for undergraduates, they’ll all see you move through different areas of our business to broaden your knowledge. Spending time with experienced department leaders will set you up to start making big, transformative decisions. You’ll work on real-world projects to give you practical understanding of our sector.

Graduates will also get chance to pitch to company directors for a role in your preferred department, not to mention being supported in qualifying for a discipline specific charter or management qualification.

With the option of an international placement, these are all exciting opportunities to start at a level that will really lead the direction of our energy evolution.

Featured schemes include the following disciplines:

  • Future Energy Leaders
  • Commercial Engineering
  • Finance

We currently don't have any schemes for 2021, but do be sure to keep checking throughout the year for any updates on our schemes.
