Most call centres are open for long hours, 7 days a week which make makes it harder to have that work life balance. Not us. Our phone lines are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. So working weekends and evening calls are a thing of the past. We’re all about the future, remember?
Bored of slow and old desktop PC's?
Great news - at E.ON Next we provide all of our staff with a company laptop. No need for notebooks – take your laptop to meetings and do that little bit more for the environment. Help us to help you be paperless.
Goodbye large meetings. Hello quick chats and fast communication
Those long meetings that swallow up your morning are over. Large meetings often take up more time than they're worth so we want to encourage more quick chats with those around to help you get back on track with what you were doing.

What roles are available?
As an Energy Specialist our customers will be relying on you. You’ll need to take responsibility to get things right first time or figure out how to fix it when it wasn’t. We’re all about delivering the best customer experience, whichever channel customers use to contact us and you’ll put the ‘special’ into ‘specialist’ . But this isn’t a traditional call centre role. Our offices are designed for working in a socially dynamic way and there’s little hierarchy as we trust our people to take responsibility and do the right thing.
